Sending a brief or requesting a consultation does not reserve a time, start paid work, or create an agreed project. ARQIL and the prospective client need to confirm the next steps directly.
Scope and quotation
Deliverables, fees, payment milestones, timeline, revisions, ownership, licenses, responsibilities, and support arrangements must be specified in a proposal or agreement. This website does not replace those documents or publish unapproved payment or refund terms.
Third-party services
Hosting, domain registration, ad spend, premium tools, platform subscriptions, and API usage may carry separate costs. They must be identified in the agreed scope before activation.
Concepts and estimates
The studio work and workflow interfaces are independent illustrative concepts, not commissioned projects or live customer systems. The calculator is a planning illustration based on your inputs, not a performance or savings guarantee.
Outcomes and availability
ARQIL does not guarantee Google rankings, sales, advertising returns, or universal integration compatibility. Project feasibility and availability need to be discussed. Specific service obligations belong in the accepted agreement.
